About the job

As a night baker, you play a crucial role in our production, ensuring that our locations and customers receive freshly baked bread and pastries every morning.

You will be working in a dynamic and international bakery, where quality and precision are key.

Your main responsibilities:
• Preparing and baking bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to W&K’s recipes and standards
• Managing proofing, shaping, and oven baking to ensure optimal quality
• Keeping the bakery clean and organized
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Working efficiently and systematically to meet deadlines and deliveries

As part of the night team, you will be working in a small group, so good teamwork and structured work habits are essential.
